Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese internal martial art based on Yin/Yang philosophy. Accessible to all ages and abilities, initially most come along for health and fitness, however an understanding of martial techniques is encouraged.
Lineage: The style I teach is Wudang, Practical Tai Chi Chuan, under the leadership of Dan Docherty, who trained under Chen Tin Hung while living and working in Hong Kong.
Classes: Relaxed and informal students are encouraged to explore all aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. My training began in 1995 and is ongoing by regular attendance of workshops. I started teaching in 2001 and am a registered Advanced instructor with TCUGB.
